1. About us

Sokura is a trading name of FourSeven Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of sokura.studio and any services purchased through it, including RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) packages.

2. RAMS packages

Our RAMS packages are generated using AI-assisted technology. By purchasing a RAMS package, you acknowledge and agree that:

• RAMS documents are generated as templates and starting points. They must be reviewed, adapted, and approved by a competent person before use on any construction site.
• Sokura does not guarantee that generated RAMS documents are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific project without review by a qualified health and safety professional.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring all health and safety documentation used on your projects complies with applicable UK legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, CDM Regulations 2015, and all other relevant statutory requirements.
• AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. It is your responsibility to verify all information before use.

3. Payment and delivery

• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• RAMS packages are delivered digitally via email and are available for download from our website after purchase.
• Delivery is typically within 10 minutes of payment, though may take up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.

4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your RAMS package, contact us at hello@sokura.studio within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

Once purchased, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use, modify, print, and distribute the RAMS documents for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the generated documents as a standalone product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sokura and FourSeven Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our RAMS documents. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific RAMS package in question.

7. AI disclaimer

Our RAMS generation service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to create documents based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy and compliance with UK health and safety standards, AI-generated content should always be treated as a draft requiring professional review. Sokura does not provide health and safety consultancy services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
